Returns & Refunds
You may return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return window
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Goggles that have been worn in the water cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
How to return
Email us at info@swimrules.store with your order number. We will send a return label and instructions. Return shipping is free within the EU; outside the EU, the customer covers return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Defective items
If a product is defective, contact us within the 2-year warranty period. We will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.
Withdrawal right (EU)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in line with EU consumer law.
