We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal.

Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel ships.
Delivery times
Europe: 2–5 business days. United Kingdom and Switzerland: 4–7 business days. United States and Canada: 5–10 business days. Rest of the world: 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free within the EU on orders over €50. Below that and outside the EU, costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it — replacement or refund.
