By using the SwimRules website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and acceptance
An order becomes binding once we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock issues.
Pricing and payment
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at checkout via secure third-party providers. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping times and costs are described on the Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Warranty
Each pair of goggles carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the frame. Normal wear, misuse, and chlorine damage to lenses are excluded.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by SwimRules and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of training time or competition outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved in Lisbon courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
